Hm? Oh. Quaggan saw her when she visited the krait, long before the tower. She gave them pieces of an obelisk, and she gave them a seed. I saw the krait plant the seed for her.

The Nightmare sylvari came after that, and they tended the seed. They took good care of it and protected it from the fishes that wanted to eat it. They hid it when it got too big.

Helloooo. Quaggans had to get away from Scarlet before she killed everyone. Pooooor Lion's Arch. So many people dead.
