LGA-R69 "Frank" is one of Researcher Zippti's golem assistants along with TNY-R65 "Teeny", TNY-R66 "Tiny", ITY-R67 "Itty", and BTY-R68 "Bitty". Interacting with it contributes to the renown heart, Help Zippti study the hyper-aggressive skritt.

"Frank" will perform one of three following "experiments" based on the input parameters you give it:
- Choosing Engaged Proposal or See Run will cause LGA-R69 "Frank" to run over to a rock
- LGA-R69 "Frank": Identity: small—rock. Execute—test—patter: Scissors.
- LGA-R69 "Frank": Result: unexpected—success.
- Choosing Engaged Coward or See Invalid
- LGA-R69 "Frank": Assistance—requested.
- LGA-R69 "Frank" deactivates
- Choosing Engaged Aqueduct or See Zeppelin will cause LGA-R69 "Frank" to run over to RST-417 "Rusty"
- LGA-R69 "Frank": Identify: RST-417 "Rusty." Ignore.

- The experiment Frank performs on the rock is a reference to rock-paper-scissors.
- The sequence of See, Spot, and Run? is a reference to Dick and Jane, a series of early-reader books published in the 1930s.
- Frank's status after entering the parameter Zeppelin ("Made—of—lead") is a reference to the rock band Led Zeppelin.
