A worn journal lies near a Treasure Chest in the ruins of Loreclaw Expanse, guarded by a Shadow Skelk Matriarch. Its previous owner is still nearby, as a skeleton.

- A weathered journal lies near the skeleton of what was possibly the last explorer to make it this far. The cover bears the name Haneri Jenos Sr.

- The name "Haneri Jenos Sr." may be a reference to Indiana Jones, who's father is Henry Jones Sr. The skeleton nearby also has a hat similar to Indiana Jones' hat.
