Under the map textures main folder, you've got:

1024 folder

• Entirely contains caves.
• Various dungeons
• Couple of Path of Fire locations

512 folder:

• Zraith's Beacon: 681098.png through to 681103.png
• Fractals base: 681105.png through to 681110.png
• Cliffside: 1424251.png through to 1424270.png
• PvP maps possibly: 2604937.png through to 2604972.png
• Lots of caves: 2605879.png through to 2610607.png
• Couple more caves: 2621809.png through to 2622201.png - sparsely populated amongst blank files
• Few more caves: 2660564.png through to 2660634.png
• EoD caves: 2660642.png through to 2660680.png
