Flickering Flame is a special action skill received near the end of the Chaos Fractal by walking near the burning debris at the start of the blizzard area. It allows a player to light one bonfire, providing warmth and removing stacks of hypothermia.

Bug:

Contrary to the description in game, the skill does not disappear after the player light one bonfire. The same player can light all the fires.
