White mantle aren't all white - gw1:White Mantle Ritualist - but then he has that unfortunate white mantle symbol right on his forehead. I would say she's more likely to be a Vigil Crusader, owing to the fact that a vigil is a purposeful (and often sleepless, thus the glowing eye part of the emblem) watch over something or other in order to guard it. Darke 03:32, 30 October 2010 (UTC)
