Defeat Veland of Modus Sceleris is an event that occurs in either Reaper's Gate (level 32) or Fuller Cistern (level 61). Veland ambushes players who try to pass the spot where he is hiding.

- After completing the version of this event at Reaper's Gate, the Veteran Aatxes and Mysterious Skeletons there will stop spawning for a while.
