A word of warning: some citizens are rather...negative on your kind. They're ignorant bookahs, and the Lionguard are watching them closely. Still, mind your movements.

Why do they think this?

These irrational few are equating Scarlet with all sylvari. I, the Council, and most citizens do not possess that idiocy, of course.

Dimwits in our fair city have equated Scarlet's lunacy as representative of all sylvari. If idiocy could be building materials, we could refurbish Lion's Arch overnight.
