A nameless book can be found near Deathroot Shack in Godslost Swamp, located just outside the shack, lying on a table. Reading through the book fully causes a Veteran Fleshreaver to spawn out of an underworld portal. When the fleshreaver is killed, the portal collapses.

- The book feels cold to the touch. The pages are stained, but the text is still legible.
Read a page.
- A sinister presence can be felt. The air grows colder and carries a hint of rotten blood.
- Read another page.
- The cold becomes a chill, relentless and encompassing. The air now carries a voice, rasping and distant.
- Read another page.
- The air itself feels as though it's made of teeth. The voice grows stronger as two words emerge in a horrid clarify: "I'm free."

- The book has no nameplate, which may make it difficult to find.
- Once the character read the book, it cannot be read again for several minutes.
