The Bear Totem Shrine is a norn shrine located at Heart of the Bear in Borealis Forest.

- Before completing
Honor the Spirit of Bear (2) - To look upon Bear is to know how to channel strength and ferocity. Learn the balance between fighting and rest, just as Bear does when she occasionally slumbers in the womb of the world.
Meditate at the shrine.
- The shrine of your Bear Spirit is in jeopardy. Save it from the Sons of Svanir and the shaman can reward you.
Leave.
- Leave the shrine.
- After completing Honor the Spirit of Bear (2)

- Meditate at the shrine.
- An earthy, primal voice rumbles from the spiritual ether: "Never give into rage, for rage kills a warrior long before the enemy does. Own your ferocity, and you will always be the victor."
- Leave.
- Leave the shrine.
- If player is norn who chose Bear to be their spirit guide
- Bear's familiar presence of strength and ferocity surrounding you reminds you to be like her and balance fighting with rest, just as she balances life with hibernation.
- Meditate at the shrine.
- You hear Bear's voice, primal and earthy, closer to you than usual: "Never give into rage, for rage kills a warrior long before the enemy does. Own your ferocity, and you will always be the victor."
- Leave.
- Leave the shrine.
