Assault Scout Alur Eaglegaze
Assault Scout Alur Eaglegaze was a Living World Scout standing on the east side of Breakneck Pass, southwest of the Taigan Waypoint. He provided an overview of the area regarding activities for Flame and Frost within Wayfarer Foothills.

“The number of refugees grows every day. Flame Legion and dredge continue to raid the Foothills, destroying land, lodges, and lives. Hoelbrak's swamped with refugees and can't shelter the rising numbers. We need to fight back! Lend us your strength; cut down the raiders and help injured refugees.
And if you notice any new dredge devices in the area, tear 'em apart. I believe they're called sonic periscopes. My guess is the fewer there are, the safer we are.
