Saljax is the captain of a ship at the Dawnside Quay. He is stuck in the port due to Risen activity between Rata Sum and The Grove.

- Ever since Orr rose, sailing has become a more hazardous lifestyle. The seas are saturated with undead from here to the Grove.
Have you seen many undead?
- More than I care to say. They'll swim right up to a ship and dig their nails into the wood. You get too many, and they throw the ballast off. After that, you must act quickly or risk capsizing.
That's awful.
