Deranged Spirits are hostile ghosts found within the ruins in Spirit Vale and various areas of Bloodstone Fen. They wield a Royal Ascalonian short bow.

- Spirit Projectile - Shoots a spirit projectile at the player, damaging and applying
Torment. - Slash - Slashes the player with a sword.
- Ether Wrap - Casts three AoEs on the ground which damage and inflict
knock back to the player. - Spirit Fury - A torrent of furious, ghostly energy that tears through the ground. Knocks foes back a distance depending on the proximity of the source of the attack.
