Champion Ulssen the Anvil is a bandit leader picking up supplies near Greenflin Plateau in the Harathi Hinterlands. He is accompanied by several veteran and normal bandits.

- Bonfire - a combination of Throw Torch and Bonfire that creates an AoE that lasts 20 seconds and causes direct damage and 1 stack of
Burning for 5s every second - Smash - Ulssen begins glowing while channeling for 2 seconds before delivering a heavy blow with his hammer
- Rockslide - a ranged attack similar to Coalescence of Ruin that deals increasing damage at further range and causes earth to erupt from the ground
