Wally Wingert is a voice actor. Outside of Guild Wars 2, he is also known for his work in Naruto: Shippûden as Aoba Yamashiro and Shin, Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite as M.O.D.O.K., and the Batman: Arkham franchise as Edward Nigma (aka The Riddler).
