Generally discussions on talk pages are ordered from oldest to newest - I moved your post on Talk:Guild mission as it was very likely to be missed by people who saw the edit in RecentChanges, scrolled down to the bottom, didn't see anything and left. If you use the Add topic button in the navbar at the top of the page, it should place your post in the right place automatically.
