Bugged achievement[edit]

Hello, The problem is:
Yesterday I decided, to finally finish my Core tyria achievements, but one is not obtainable. The bugged achievement is part of: Dragon's Reach Part: 1 Mission: Plan of Attack Part: Last Mission, when Rythlock and us cleanse the Fofire at the chamber.
Bug: - 1) The Achievement "Don't Know Yourself Out" crown not appears at the last missions sequence, above my skill bar (near the buffs). - 2) Avoided all attacks, dodged every orbs and AOE damages from the boss. - 3) After the mission was completed, and the mission reward pops, nothing else happened.

Dear Ventriloquist! Yes, i stayed at the room at the whole time, plus the achievement crown didn't appeared when I started the scenario.
