namespaces

Friendly hint: the Template: prefix doesn't do anything for your own personal pages, since those are already in the User namespace. (User:Dustix/...)

You can use any page like a template by including it - {{User:Dustix/whatever}}. Vili 点 21:12, 15 June 2014 (UTC)

moving pages

Instead of copying a page's content to a new name, use the "move" tab. This transfers the page, with all of its history, to the new name without losing anything. —Dr Ishmael 16:44, 19 June 2014 (UTC)

Snazzy. I can't stand monobook (even though I used it for ages). The stuff in the dropdown tabs in vector is awkward (particularly delete for me), but it is much nicer to look at imo. -Chieftain Alex 19:52, 3 July 2014 (UTC)

sandbox

perhaps you were wondering why that wasn't working quite right in your sandbox. I've taken the liberty of adding the missing pipe at the end of the parameter name. Basically this means "if parameter is not there, default to blank", and as the #if statement is checking if the first bit is blank or not, thats what you probably need to do to get expected results! -Chieftain Alex 17:20, 30 June 2014 (UTC)
