Elite Supplies question

Are you sure it's 2.5 seconds on Tornado/Whirlwind? Because that's 1/6, where the 4 seconds on Rampage/Plague is 1/5, and it seems odd for it to extend them by different ratios. —Dr Ishmael 14:45, 15 September 2012 (UTC)

You're right, after testing it for about another hour, I did get the time increases wrong, however they're still quite confusing. Rampage/Plague appears to be 25 seconds (5 second increase/25% increase) whereas Tornado/Whirlpool appears to be 18 seconds (3 second increase/20% increase). I assume that it is really a 25% increase, but the extra .75 seconds on Tornado/Whirlpool isn't accounted for/not rounded up. Diorexity 16:32, 15 September 2012 (UTC)

That makes sense - I'm pretty sure that fractional durations for everything are truncated. I know that for Condition Duration, it displays fractions in skill tooltips, but the actual durations are rounded down. —Dr Ishmael 16:42, 15 September 2012 (UTC)
