Based on The Movement of the World I'd say they don't have. But does it matter? As both Iron Citadel and Black Citadel have been confirmed to be capital for Iron Legion it pretty much seems like they're same place (which is odd gotta admit). talk 10:31, 6 December 2009 (UTC)
