There's some Dominion versions of Flame Legion Shadowblades that can be found in the strike. Not sure if they spawn in drizzlewood though. -Sunlion (talk) 06:12, 19 June 2020 (UTC)

I'm fairly certain they don't appear in open world (been looking for enemies quite some time, finding their skills), and anyways even in open world there are enemies that don't appear in this table. I made the table mostly for myself to see those enemies who can change rank based on event/place/scaling, so that i know which have page and which don't.

Either way, Anet's consistency with the strike is... even worse than usually. See Dominion Bomber and Dominion's Bomber.
