Account unlocks list

Thanks for adding unlocks lists to several PvP/WvW reward track boxes. However, the API box is considered as an optional tool for the wiki user to check for unlocked skins and not as a main source of information. That's why the API unlocks box shouldn't be located at the top but rather it should be located in the section Notes (or a if necessary an own section) at the bottom of the page. The section formatting of an item page is the following:

1. Top — optional, some intro words, doesn't have a section header
2. Acquisition
3. Contents
4. Some other sections: Used in, Vendors, etc..
5. Notes — here is the API unlocks list.
6. Trivia
