	Alter Ally	Elite		60	Alter Ally is the doppelganger's Elite skill that can be used to tether yourself to a friendly target and temporarily transform your skill bar to mimic that of your target ally. Although Character and weapon appearance does not change, your skills will be a clone of the target. Casting Alter Allie triggers a bond between you and your target that will be broken if your target should die or move out of radius. Casting Alter Ally again during an active skill bar mimic will end the cloned skill bar and you will need to wait to recharge to cast again. It can be cast on both Player and non Player characters.
