Training Targets are typical training dummies. Each is essentially a scarecrow comprised of stitched-together burlap sacks, stuffed with straw and mounted on a stout pole. A bulls-eye is painted on the chest region. These provide a set of stationary targets for the Militia Trainees to shoot at.
