Needs testing, but a Redditor has reported that they were required to participate in pre-events near the Pact Encampment WP in order to receive this item. It's a night-time event, surely they don't mean they had to do ground events during the day-time phase? -Chieftain Alex 18:53, 14 October 2018 (UTC)

I can confirm that my friend did not get this achieve by going straight to the night time boss event and standing in the wyvern fire with the "Aurillium Capsule" in his inventory. --Matite (talk) 12:24, 11 May 2019 (UTC)

i just got it by going straight to matriarch from pact encampment waypoint, didnt participate on anything. --The preceding unsigned comment was added by 181.44.130.90 (talk).

Still bugged as of Jan 30 2020 did camp defenses and supplies to T4, ran through all the fire, no drop. --The preceding unsigned comment was added by 73.20.193.109 (talk).
