Another Acquisition Method??[edit]
I just recieved one for completing the heart: Infiltrate and disrupt Seanan's bandits (22), in Brisban Wildlands', The Gallowfields. This did not complete the Brisban Wildlands map, but did bring it to 50%, so maybe getting certain maps to completion or even 1/2 completion is another way of acquiring these...
- - I will check on other maps aswell and share findings for the 50% completion.

- Its such a strange notion that you could be awarded this (and only this) for zone completion, or from a quest. I believe that at this time its not appropriate to add it to the article. What I think is more likely is that you received it as mail from Anet for a completely different reason. Perhaps it was intended to be sent at the beginning of the wvw season, but was delayed due to server issues, or maybe you simply didn't see it in your inbox. Until someone else reports that this has happened to them, we can't make any claims that it is a drop from quests or zone completion. Psycho Robot (talk) 21:43, 13 November 2013 (UTC)
- Not to mention that it seems extremely unusual to give any reward at all for 50% map completion. —Dr Ishmael 21:59, 13 November 2013 (UTC)
- IDK... you're right in the fact that it's unheard of, i mean... I've never heard of it either....but....all i know is...
- I "picked it up" through looting
- (during a combat session where looting usually is not applied
- (the quest that brought me to 50% completion was one of those "dress-up and fool the bad guys" kinda activities)).
- (during a combat session where looting usually is not applied
- I did not receive loot for the 7-15 or so "duels" that were prior to this.
- "Playing Devil's Advocate": Lets say I was drunk, overtired, and trying to feed the baby all at the same time this occured,
- (None of which are true)
- I "picked it up" through looting
- A button slip or nine and an accidental purchase from the BLTC Gemstore, would USUALLY warrant receiving the WXP Booster in the mail, not automatically "looted" (shown on the right side of screen) and inserted in inventory.
- Therefore, MY best guess is that this was not and could not have been a "minuscule % chance of dropping from anything" sort of acquisition, it not even being a "lootable" precursor to the looting; I personally think it's either the completion of that specific heart, OR a % chance of acquisition at intervals of (all or some specific maybe?) map completion.
- I am assuming this specific heart is just like all the others and we cannot call this a "they have small % chance of dropping from anywhere".
- Not telling the way it is, just telling what happened; I guess we can make our own judgements to how i received it. Just wanted it to be documented.--RogueTigeR (talk) 08:10, 16 November 2013 (UTC)

Does not affect amount gained through liquid wxp[edit]
Should we add a note for this? I've only tested the mini wxp booster, though.
- Sounds like it works the same as karma boosters w.r.t. karma consumables. —Dr Ishmael 03:47, 30 November 2013 (UTC)
Box of WvW Supplies acquisition[edit]
I don't think this drops from Box of WvW Supplies anymore. Not even autoconsume. Probably discontinued. --— Cronos 23:19, 4 February 2019 (UTC)
