He is now labelled Vepar Darkheart [Weaponsmith-Karma] and doesn't want to sell me anything.

- Either that or there is an event going on there at the moment which keeps the NPC busy. The plant comment does sound like a it's a recent Living Story thing. ~ Sanna

Vendor locked after Blood Legion event fails[edit]
If the Blood Legion dynamic event chain fails, this NPC's vendor list is locked. Additionally, the Blood Legion events sometimes bug and won't start. If the last event chain failed, the vendor menu will be inaccessible for that map instance permanently. --Vm0d (talk) 05:16, 28 August 2018 (UTC)
