It can probably only be collected with a character that has chef leveled up. On 2 accounts it was the first drop on nodes that contained "herbs" on its name (Young Herbs and Herb Sprouts to be precise), but on a character at this step of the achievement that didn't have chef unlocked wouldn't drop it after at least 10 nodes. Got it from Mature Herbs by the Sugar Pumpkin Patch in Iron Marches. DeirdreGreymoon

Got it on the first herb harvest in Harathi Hinterlands near Faun's Waypoint on my chef character. I tried gathering from at least 10 herb nodes on a different non-cook character from Mount Maelstrom and Sandswept Isles herb nodes before trying with my chef character and never saw a single one. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 98.167.84.126 (talk) at 18:45, 20 September 2020‎ (UTC).

Drops Just Once ??
