There is a trading post NPC sometimes, I think it was a charr? Was it a wandering NPC from a nearby event?

Was it named Black Lion Delivery Agent? Then it was a temporary NPC summoned by a Trading Post Express. I've never known a trading post NPC to be temporary for any other reason. —Dr Ishmael 15:21, 12 October 2013 (UTC)

Listed game id

id #976 seems to belong to Frostcreek Steading, so I have removed the id from the infobox (id was concurrent with Chat_link_format/0x04_codes/Shiverpeak_Mountains#Wayfarer_Foothills - which also lists 976 as the frostcreek steading id).
