I forgot how to make a reference, but someone requested verification for the 50 player count: "Enter a publicly joinable instance with up to 50 players or create a private squad to take down Scarlet’s minions and repel her invasion of Lion’s Arch." https://www.guildwars2.com/en/news/living-world-season-1-return-battle-for-lions-arch-arrives-next-week/ players. Coordinates[edit]

For reference, this version of Lion's Arch is located in the mists (continent 2 The Mists), and therefore any recorded coordinates with the API reader won't show anything valid as a background at the moment.

Floor 18 has a set of relevant tiles (continent 1 Tyria), however these require adding an offset: add [32768, 16384] to any recorded coordinate.

Example;

  • Measured [17319, 14548]
  • Add [32768, 16384] to [17319, 14548] = [50087, 30932]
  • Add suffix of floor 18 = [50087, 30932, 18]

Looking at the api data for this map, it's only got the three waypoints
Cavern Waypoint	3462	[17262.6,14935.4]
Bloodcoast Ward Waypoint	3465	[16845.4,15660.7]
Canal Ward Waypoint	3466	[16146.3,14425.5]
And I don't think these are the ones that appear in the public version (think it's only the emergency waypoints). except oops, map tiles aren't the ones with the breachmaker. Need to have a look at the floors again.
