I wanted to make this myself, but turns out that you need to be a Warrior/Berserker, and well as the specific crafting professions. Shouldn't this information be added to this Wiki article as a note? You need to get a character to complete the Berserker line, yes, but after that the recipe is account bound, and you can teach it to any armoursmith, leatherworker, or tailor. That information is all held on the relevant recipe sheet page. G R E E N E R 23:24, 11 December 2015 (UTC)

Rune Binding

Request for Clarification

The page says, "The "+5% Condition Damage" is a flat increase of outgoing condition damage, unlike the Sigil of Bursting." This isn't particularly useful. What does "Flat" mean? I would prefer to know at which point the 5% is applied. Is it before or after gear and before or after food/other? 79.74.236.67 22:06, 31 August 2017 (UTC)

Flat should mean before anything i.e. gear. —Ventriloquist 22:11, 31 August 2017 (UTC)
