This event cannot be lvl 33 as foes have lvl 38
- Take a look: http://imgur.com/a/3m2u9 Even though foes are lvl 38 the event remains lvl 33 and this area scales you down to lvl 39. Assic (talk) 05:41, 10 October 2016 (UTC)Assic

This event is true lottery and has an instant respawn. The possible spawn locations are static. I have documented 14 locations although I missed a few. I believe the total number of spawn points is close to 20. images of spawn locations --Vm0d (talk) 16:30, 18 September 2018 (UTC)
