Environmental Weapon/Item Disambig

There is an environment weapon Skull listed on Fear under Environmental weapons that cause fear and this page is for a Skull item. Need a new page for one of them, so should it be Skull (item), Skull (environmental weapon), or make both new pages and have Skull be a disambig page? 20:46, 23 April 2012 (UTC)
Might be a good idea to make a disambig page since there is also a lot of Skull variation items: Crushed Skull, Damaged Skull, Jawless Skull. 20:54, 23 April 2012 (UTC)
