Ahh, just like GW1.--Icyyy Blue User IcyyyBlue Elementalist Blue.png 11:05, 24 July 2010 (UTC)

That was a pretty shitty move. --Riddle 16:51, 24 July 2010 (UTC)
I enjoyed the method of questing to learn skills Venom20 [User_talk:Venom20] 17:11, 24 July 2010 (UTC)
If by "questing" you mean "participating in events" then it's probably still the case. Trainers will likely accept to trade your karma points for the skills they sell. Chriskang 17:27, 24 July 2010 (UTC)
Sure karma, but when discussing GW1, I preferred the method of prophecies to acquiring skills to all other portions of the game. Venom20 [User_talk:Venom20] 19:07, 24 July 2010 (UTC)
I just wished there was more lore tying to the origins of each skill. Like, flurry could be from some trainer who can teach you how to flick your wrists. (Xu Davella 10:26, 29 August 2010 (UTC))
You can learn the skills from other places you know, like monsters, events, I forget entirely but they said you can learn them from those. Shadowed Ritualist 13:32, 30 August 2010 (UTC)

Cost[edit]

The cost increases 24 bronze every 2 level. For example at lvl 40: 40/2=20 -> 20*24=480, the next level is increased by 8, at lvl 41 the cost is 488, then increased by 16 -> lvl 42 -> 504. So it somewhat "linear", at least not exponential. Don't know how to document it properly, so feel free to do so, if have a good idea. 87.97.121.248 12:15, 29 August 2010 (UTC)

Removed?[edit]

Can someone validate this with me? I played the Gmaescom 2011 demo (Human Guardian), and didn't see any of these (as you unlock skills now, rather then buy them) so, skill trainers need to be removed, right? AidanReed 20:38, 19 August 2011 (UTC)

Yeah I'd say you're right. I'll slap a historical tag on it and shove it out back somewhere. :) --Xu Davella 20:43, 19 August 2011 (UTC)
