I plan on having this on my bar whenever I am not in combat, perma speed buff. - Giant Nuker 21:22, 16 March 2011 (UTC)
- Or how about whenever in combat even O.O Free kiting speed buff without needing to cast anything? Pure awesome Greep 19:48, 12 June 2011 (UTC)
Does this stack with minor air attribute speed buff ? Pexzor 01:38, 28 March 2012 (UTC)
- To the best of my knowledge there is a speed cap. I cannot seem to be able to locate the number at this moment though. So to answer your question, yes they should stack, up to the maximum bonus. Venom20 01:46, 28 March 2012 (UTC)
- I believe the highest movement speed is 40% (Swiftness + Superior Rune of Speed Rank 6). Signet passive movement bonus does not affect Swiftness. — Gares 02:11, 28 March 2012 (UTC)
Does not stack with the Air Magic adept minor trait Zephyr's Speed, tested (BWE2) with running around Divinity's Reach with/without Signet of Air equipped and measuring the time. Probably taking the highest magnitude of passive effect you have, in this case both are 10%.
Does this stack with out of combat speed increase?[edit]
since the game doesnt have mounts, I was thinking about using this while out of combat. Does it stack with the speed increase we get out of combat?--Knighthonor 20:58, 29 January 2013 (UTC)
- The Movement speed page should answer all of your stacking questions. BTW, yes, it applies both in and out of combat as do all speed modifiers -- the mesmer trait Compounding Celerity is the only one I recall that only applies in combat and has other silly unmentioned restrictions.
