The Lost Art of Armor Crafting did not drop here first raid wing for me~

I believe there are comment on forum and reddit that this is a bug. I will look into it to confirm, but I'm fairly certain it is suppose to drop from this. -Darqam (talk) 03:24, 15 July 2016 (UTC)
