Doesn't show up in the API. I suspect this may have been an early version of Mysterious Amulet/Mysterious Amulet Half. (edit) Looks like the remnant of item from pre-release that never got properly deleted from the game as per this talk page. - Do_odleplex 20:14, 12 September 2017 (UTC)
