Regen Health[edit]

Does this mean applies regeneration? I intend of having a charachter using a skill to nearly always have health regeneration, and would like to know if this rune will stack on top of that? 212.139.247.68 19:48, 14 April 2012 (UTC)

When I tested this in the mists, it ticked for 30 health every 1 seconds.--75.149.51.230 16:07, 30 April 2012 (UTC)

As of 9/18/2012 I am gaining no passive regen from 6 piece. I'm thinking it is bugged.

Just tested in the mists and it seems to be working again. --Robadob 00:12, 19 September 2012 (UTC)

So...while this causes healing over time, it does not actually grant the regeneration boon, right? If that's the case, this page really should not be linking to regeneration, even if it uses the same English word. --Felbryn 16:28, 19 October 2012 (UTC)

Is this a special case of rejuvenation (http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Rejuvenation) that is different from the guardian's and ranger's ones?

Stacking between armour?[edit]

Couldn't find clarification of this anywhere obvious so I thought I'd ask - if I have 6 Sup runes on all my armour pieces will the effects stack or not? Thanks. 86.145.197.123 10:30, 19 October 2012 (UTC)

Wait NVM I think understand it now. 192.168.104.82 10:31, 19 October 2012 (UTC)
To clarify, it does not stack with the boon Regeneration, it is a separate effect (and without any symbol) - Tested with the PVP version of the rune and the trait [[Inspiring Battle Standard] of my Warrior. IMO the effect of 30 heal per second is quite too small to be worth it --213.196.136.71 15:26, 19 October 2012 (UTC)
You mean it DOES stack... Esplen The Master of Bei Shun 11:21, 17 November 2012 (UTC)

How do you get this rune?[edit]

Is the only known way through drops? Or is there a recipe somewhere? I noticed it's pretty expensive on the TP...

Only source I can see on the wiki is that Jalis' armor comes pre-equipped with them (so you could presumably recover them by salvaging), though it's certainly possible there are sources that haven't been documented yet. If they were craftable, though, the trading post price shouldn't be significantly higher than the cost of the ingredients (since if it were, someone would be crafting them for profit until the price equalizes).
If you're looking to acquire toughness and vitality bonuses on the cheap, you could consider using Crest of the Soldier--it won't give you as much, and you don't get passive regen for having 6 of them, but I think they're only around Silver coin on the trading post, and you can always overwrite them with runes later on. --Felbryn 01:13, 13 November 2012 (UTC)
Crest of the soldier... thanks!
Rune of the Soldier is a better alternative too, especially if you're a shout warrior/guardian.Qiff 17:24, 20 February 2013 (UTC)
You mean Rune of the Trooper? Mystikpretzel (talk) 17:02, 7 February 2015 (UTC)
