When you are on the editing screen for a page, scroll to the bottom where it says "Templates used on this page" and click on the drop-down triangle to see a list of templates specific to that page. Interesting! It turns out that "Templates used on this page" doesn't show up on the editing screen for this talk page, but it *does* show up on the editing screen for the article page. Which makes sense in retrospect since this talk page doesn't have any templates. Can you try checking the bottom of an editing screen for a page that uses templates and see if this feature does show up for you?
