Can someone check availability of this recipe? It doesn't seem to be at the vendors - it is not in the list of ascended recipes thx

- I've added it to the top of the page. I'm not sure if it's possible to modify {{Inventory/insignia}} to set them as 'historical'. G R E E N E R 23:09, 9 March 2018 (UTC)
