From what I've observed, the golem itself does not drop Extremely Dirty Cog himself. After the third time killing him, a skritt spawned from his body (Zokaggrot the Greedier). Killing that skritt gave me the cog drop. I'm not sure if this is the only way to obtain the cog, can anyone confirm? ~ Sanna 13:22, 25 December 2015 (UTC)
