This trait is currently bugged. It transforms the usual 3 seconds of an interrupted skill into a 10 seconds cooldown. Instead of acting like a +10s CD on interrupted skill. Moreover, it doesn't work on any skills. N.B.: Interrupting a channeling won't do anything unless it's during the CASTING time of the skill.

- Just like all other skills, I would assume - it increases the cooldown by 10 seconds. 0 + 10 = 10. —Dr Ishmael 16:21, 22 September 2014 (UTC)
