Talk:Polymorph Moa
Bahaha seriously??? What's the duration? Lysander 20:01, 20 February 2012 (UTC)

Is The Moa Able To Do Anything?[edit]
Can it do things the pet moa can do? Because, if so, this is a sucky elite because it can attack, buff, etc. --The preceding unsigned comment was added by 173.76.220.66 (talk).
- It can perform a few attacks and such. And it's not because you're disabling all the opponent's skills, many of which will be much more powerful than moa skills. Additionally you overwrite the opponent's form, even tornados or lich forms. It lasts for ten seconds. Also: sign your comments. ShadowedRitualist 03:25, 23 February 2012 (UTC)
True Reason This Skill Was Included[edit]
No one will ever enter Zhaitan's dungeon without this skill. If only for the comedic value.--98.180.13.182 03:09, 12 March 2012 (UTC)

- With Zhaitan sure you can not use it. With his minions sure if you can, that there is something to kill to achieve zhaitan's minions x100. And a boss never fought alonein game. Lich, Shiro, Abbadon, Great Destroyer, Reiko, Dhuum... Lasha 10:22, 12 March 2012 (UTC)
- Oh but you CAN solo Shiro (well okay you get stuck with Mhenlo but that's unavoidable) and the Great Destroyer in GW. GW2 mechanics probably just won't allow it to be viable. Zencow 20:51, 21 March 2012 (UTC)
- Technically, you can fight Abaddon and the Lich solo too (though Lich would take a conset and plenty of skill, lots of pulling, and tiiiiiime). Anet has said, repeatedly, that the entire game (PvE side at least) will be solo-able, which include Zhaitan. Now, lack of NPCs on the other hand.... Konig/talk 21:11, 21 March 2012 (UTC)
- But Zhaitan is going to be in a dungeon, and Anet said that you wouldn't be able to solo a dungeon... so I guess no solo Zhaitan in GW2, even with Moa Morph. 213.166.194.139 15:57, 7 April 2012 (UTC)
- AFAIK the dungeon is simply Arah. It could be the same deal as they did with Domain of Anguish - that the final antagonist is replaced by their subordinate elite boss. Who knows what we'll find in Arah after dealing with Zhaitan? Also, it should be possible to use an elite against any foe - Zhaitan could turn into a giant undead chicken IMHO. :p Mediggo 06:17, 28 May 2012 (UTC)
- He already is a giant undead chicken. .Sweets 13:52, 4 June 2012 (UTC)

Moa?[edit]
If this skill is cast on a Moa does it: A)Morph into a weaker moa, B)Morph into a stronger moa, of C)The skill fails or no effect --Vesmir 03:43, 28 May 2012 (UTC)
- Turns it into a weaker Moa, with worse AI. First thing I tried after leaving Ascalon Catacombs and finding a Moa. Regretably the color change wasn't permanent..--84.62.116.106 15:41, 2 July 2012 (UTC)
Ratchet & Clank[edit]

Look up D&D's "Baleful Polymorph" for an older reference. And there's certainly something far older than that. Probably in Greek mythology. 82.41.46.0 14:02, 28 June 2012 (UTC)

Underwater[edit]
I so hope there will be an underwater version of this skill. Something in the lines of Trout Morph or Salmon Morph. -- Olive 09:56, 3 August 2012 (UTC)

Is it worth adding a skill table for the transformed skillbar? I'd do it myself but I've no idea how Dogmantra 20:38, 24 October 2012 (UTC)

Tuna Morph and skills[edit]
This post is a week old, so the tooltip info could plausibly be a little outdated due the update yesterday, but none-the-less, the skills for Tuna form seem to be missing. I'm uncertain how they ought to be named as far as disambiguation is concerned, and I have no idea as to the damage or anything of that sort. That said, I'm gonna go ahead and make some pages for them. — Leviticus Lo 10:09, 29 January 2013 (UTC)
Most useless Elite?[edit]
Carlsberg don't do Elite skills, but of they did, they wouldn't touch it with a barge pole. Seriously, turn your foe into a moa for ten seconds and then wait 180 seconds before you can do it again! I have not noticed this having a significant effect on the tide of battle, compared to say summon a greatsword for the ele for example. This is a seriously useless Elite skill!
- It has a very specific niche use. 75.36.181.135 19:59, 26 June 2013 (UTC)
