Not one of the standard merchant sets?

This merchant doesn't actually sell Fine Salvage Kit. Are there similar cases, or is this an exception? Should the Standards be modified accordingly? --Clevin (talk) 15:27, 5 June 2013 (UTC)

There are a large number of merchants that offer and inventory which depends on the character's level. It's been mentioned before but there has been no real interest in fixing it. I normally just add

The actual inventory is character level based.

But it's not character level based. My character is level 80. What I'm saying is that the merchant doesn't actually sell Fine Salvage Kits, and that it doesn't conform to standard merchant 3's inventory.
