what is a "physical" utility?... It is not a "Type" of skill...so....??? How do i categorize utility's as "physical" or non; Does "physical Utility skills" just mean utility's that do Direct Damage opposed to condition damage? --RogueTigeR (talk) 23:19, 16 July 2013 (UTC)

Didn't think so, it's just hard to tell this sort of thing because the game doesn't make it clear and is frequently inconsistent with information about other traits and skills. Pjwned (talk) 06:04, 20 December 2013 (UTC)
