Peitha Dialogue about Eparch living in the tower

Not quite sure what makes it trigger. Although, I've had it trigger twice on two different characters. Both characters have finished the story, and triggers when walking down the stairs west of training platform POI. The stairs lead to a corridor that's directly above the wizard's vault POI. I’m midway through the story (at Mabon's Fate right now) and I got the dialogue while running around doing Keep It Up at the tower. I might have gotten the dialogue maybe around the stairs at Hall of Gallantry. poke | talk 20:41, 23 September 2023 (UTC)
