Hey. I'm kind of running all the rune/sigil/rare crafting material pages. I'm not 100% sure about all the ways to get these, but I know that they drop from chests in Twilight Arbor Explorable Mode. Sorry I can't help more; if you find any rare materials please post in the discussion section of that page where you found one so I can complete these pages faster. Thanks.
