Just a word of warning for others, if you want the Leave None Alive Achievement try to kill everyone but leave a single officer for last. Once all officers are down, all the enemies run away, including Sentries. Additionally once the Forged Bastion moves to the centre, you can glide down the main ramp you came up. This way you can kill all the reinforcements with ease before going back to the boss in your own time.

You need to let Canach and Rytlock finish their conversation at the beginning of the instance. Otherwise the quest may become bugged and Canach will not open the first door.
