Talk:Named equipment

Does this term come from an official source? There is already a list of named weapons at List of weapon sets#Named weapons and maybe we could make a category as well, but this could easily be mistaken with the Unique equipment quality, which is something entirely different. 13:12, 28 February 2013 (UTC)

I don't think it's a problem since weapons can't have the unique property. Named weapons isn't a very good title, it's possible for weapons other than named weapons to be unique, in the future at least. "Unique equipment" will be a bad idea whenever we want to describe named weapons and armor. In that case, "Named equipment" would be alright. I would note Ascended equipment can fall under the definition as well.--Relyk ~ talk > 07:42, 8 March 2013 (UTC)

I removed the 'unique' qualifier to avoid ambiguity. That being said, this is in my opinion an ideal place to hub to the different lists (and there are many now). Kanda (talk) 14:27, 13 June 2013 (UTC)
