See this post by Gaile Gray. In short, it was asked, PR sent question to devs, no response since. This post also relevant, stating the event will not return.

Since Blooms only came in sets of five, it's probably best to just get what you can even if it's a pile of silky sand. Konig 21:40, 20 September 2015 (UTC)

The merchant - and icon - was always there in Lornar's Pass, if that's where you're talking about. Konig 02:16, 1 December 2015 (UTC)

Feedback 2018/09/05: The item is account bound, TP is not a solution to get it.

Dears, after verification: The mordrem bloom is an account bound item. The note at the top of the page saying it can be obtained at Trading Post is not correct. The text should be adjusted. --Tilu 05:11, 5 September 2018 (UTC)

The text is a standard output for items that are discontinued, and it can be found at {{Discontinued content}}. It's meant to cover all sorts of items, such as these Mordrem Blooms or Evon Gnashblade Representation Buttons. Vote Evon! That sentence is awkward as it should be using the present tense (for the TP) and the present perfect tense (for the discontinued content). My brain isn't firing on all cylinders at the moment, so I'll see if I can reword it tomorrow. G R E E N E R 05:37, 5 September 2018 (UTC)
